With a soft saturation characteristic to withstand higher current values, flat wire power inductor can work stably for a long time in high frequency and high temperature environments, where temperature has little impact to its electrical properties. Low-resistance flat wire is design to minimize the power consumption of the power inductor, thus makes it especially suitable for new energy applications such as solar energy, wind energy and hybrid electric vehicles.
