Industrial Heat Pump Dryer

Working principle introduction:

Industrial heat pump dryer is a middle-sized batch heat pump dryer. Heat pump device consists of compressor, electronic expansion valve, dry filter, four-way valve, evaporator, casing condenser, fan and other major components. It adopts Inverse Carnot principle. The compressor sucks low-temperature and low-pressure air from the evaporator, and through the work of the refrigerant compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure air. The high-temperature and high-pressure air enters the condenser for heat exchange with the air, and condensed into a cryogenic liquid in the condenser and release a lot of heat. The material absorbs the energy released by it, and the water is strongly discharged through the hot air circulation to achieve the purpose of drying the material.

Drying machine designs：

We have total 4 different types of industrial heat pump dryer designs based on different drying requirements from customers:

a, Integration type: do not need installation by our engineer, and customers can install the machine according to the user manual and installation video esily;

b, Horizontal air circulation type: to meet most customers' drying requirements, the length is from 5m to 10m, the loading capacity is from 500kg to 2000kg, bi-directional air flow, one side door and 2 sides door for options.

c, Vertical air circulation type: this type of industrial heat pump dryer suitable for drying materials with low moisture content, the length is from 5m to 10m, the loading capacity is from 500kg to 2000kg, from top to bottom circulated air flow, one side door and 2 sides door for options. It also can be manufactured as a closed loop heat pump dryer.

d, 40ft refrigerated container type: this dryer is specially designed for foreign customers. Customer can takes new or 2nd hand refrigerated container as the drying room, install the heat pump unit and other accessories to get a dryer, and the finished dryer also can be used as refrigerated container, so as to invest less money to get a machine with both drying and refrigeration functions.
